This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from GTEX Energy, a trading name of Gardiner VTX Ltd.

At GTEX Energy, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online normally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed food and drink products that have been opened after delivery.

If your order is still unopened, unused, and suitable for resale, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel.


2. Returns

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of energy drinks that have been:

  • Opened
  • Consumed
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Stored incorrectly by the customer

We may accept returns of unopened products where:

  • They are returned within the applicable cancellation period.
  • They remain sealed and in their original condition.
  • They are suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.


3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging where possible

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy in accordance with your legal rights.


4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days.

Where products are faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs.


5. Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened cans or bottles
  • Multipacks with broken seals
  • Products that have been partially consumed
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

This does not affect your statutory rights where products are faulty or not as described.


6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order is returned to us because an incorrect delivery address was provided or delivery attempts were unsuccessful, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is re-sent.


7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
