By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, packaging and labelling may vary slightly from those displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to amend product specifications without notice where necessary.

4. High Caffeine Warning

GTEX Energy products contain caffeine.

Our products are not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine.

Please consume responsibly and follow any consumption guidance displayed on the product packaging.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • Fraud is suspected.

  • Pricing errors have occurred.

  • Stock is unavailable.

  • We are required to do so by law.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment using the payment methods displayed during checkout.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with Gardiner VTX Ltd until payment has been received in full.

8. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refund Policy for details of your cancellation rights and our returns procedure.

Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights.

9. Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at help@gtexdrink.co.uk as soon as possible.

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes:

  • Cannot normally be used together unless stated otherwise.

  • Have no cash value.

  • May be withdrawn or amended at any time.

  • May exclude certain products or promotions.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where promotional codes have been used fraudulently or contrary to their intended use.

All website content, including:

  • Branding

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Product names

  • Text

  • Website design

is owned by or licensed to Gardiner VTX Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
