This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed by our trusted third-party fulfilment partner from our UK warehouse.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During periods of high demand, promotional events or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Delivery

Standard UK Delivery

  • Free on all orders

  • Estimated delivery: 2-5 working days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.


3. Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Where available, tracking information will also be provided so you can monitor your delivery.


4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional postage charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.


5. Delivery Partners

To ensure reliable delivery across the United Kingdom, orders may be shipped using a range of reputable courier services selected by our fulfilment partner.

The courier used will depend on your location, parcel size and operational requirements.


6. Delayed Deliveries

While we and our fulfilment partner work hard to ensure orders arrive promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Courier delays

  • Industrial action

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience in these situations.


7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the parcel and products where possible

We will investigate the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution where necessary.


8. Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at:

We will work with our fulfilment partner and the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. International Shipping

At present, GTEX Energy ships within the United Kingdom only.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
